Baked Potato with Viennas


  1. Rub 4 large potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200ºC for 40 minutes or until soft in the middle.
  2. Chop up 4 Simply Chicken viennas and a small onion. Lightly fry with a 1 crushed garlic, until the onion is soft.
  3. Grate a cup of cheddar and stir into half a cup of sour cream with onion and viennas.
  4. Slit open the spuds and stuff with the Vienna mixture. Cover with another sprinkle of grated cheddar and place under the grill until deliciously melted. Comfort food at its best!
